Armed with an extensive photo library and a keen eye for detail, we’ll work closely with you to build your ideal backdrop.
We offer exemplary customer service, competitive discount options, and continually strive for the utmost client satisfaction.
Upon receiving your estimate there are NO hidden shipping costs, no photo compositing bills or any other additional fees. During the run of show any maintenance or repairs will be covered by DROPSHOPNYC®.
Show will own Drop entire run of series 

Reservations:

All of our rental Drops can be put on hold at no charge to the client. We recommend that you call us to check availability and condition of your desired rental Drop. If a Drop is not available, our helpful staff can usually suggest an alternative. 

Pricing:

  All rental prices are based upon the width of the Drop, the number of days a Drop remains at your location and where the Drop is being used. The minimum rental period is 7 working days. Discounts are welcomed and available for longer rental periods.

Late Returns:

 

  The client is responsible for returning the Drop back to Drop Shop’s warehouse  by the scheduled return date. If the Drop is not in our warehouse by the specified date a charge may occur.

Payment:

 

  Drop Shop accepts either a Purchase Order # from an approved client, a Company Check or Cash. Credit cards are accepted too!  C.O.D. clients must provide a deposit check on all Drop rentals. 

Cancellation:

 

There is no charge for canceling a reservation.
